Welcome to 95asia. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 95asia ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 95asia online gaming platform available at https://95asia.cam and any associated mobile applications, software, or services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form an integral part of this Agreement.

In these Terms, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Account" means the individual member account created by a Player upon registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, comprising deposited funds, winings, and credited bonuses.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by 95asia to Players, subject to applicable bonus terms.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits distinct from real-money funds, subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• "Company" means 95asia, the operator of the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by 95asia prior to processing withdrawals.
• "Platform" means the 95asia website, mobile site, applications, and all associated gaming and betting services.
• "Player" means any registered individual who holds an active Account on the Platform.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by a Player using a valid payment method, distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" (also "Rollover") means the number of times a Player must wager Bonus Funds before those funds or derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

To register and maintain an Account on95asia, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. 95asia strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all gambling activities on the Platform, in accordance with internationally accepted responsible gambling standards.
2. You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
3. You do not already hold an active or suspended Account on the Platform.
4. You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
5. You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or direct family member of an employee or contractor of 95asia.
6. You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
7. You are not on any self-exclusion list maintained by 95asia or any affiliated platform at the time of registration.

Each Player may register only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate Accounts — including accounts registered under different names, email addresses, or payment methods by the same individual — are strictly prohibited. 95asia employs automated and manual detection methods to identify and close duplicate Accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and valid contact number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify95asia promptly of any changes via the Account settings or customer support.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password.
• All activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not.
• Notifying 95asia immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

95asia will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Sharing your Account credentials with any third party, or allowing any third party to access your Account, constitutes a breach of these Terms.

In accordance with our responsible gaming and anti-fraud obligations, 95asia requires all Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process prior to processing any withdrawal request. KYC may also be triggered at95asia's discretion at any other point during a Player's use of the Platform.

Standard KYC documentation requirements include:

• Proof of Identity: A valid, government-issued photo identification document — such as a Malaysian MyKad, international passport, or driving licence — showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three (3) months, confirming your registered residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Where required, documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used to make deposits, such as a bank statement or e-wallet screenshot.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until compliance is achieved. 95asia reserves the right to freeze Account funds pending completion of KYC in circumstances where fraud or money laundering is suspected.

All KYC documents submitted are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for the purposes of identity verification and regulatory compliance.

95asia supports a comprehensive range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored for Malaysian players, including Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and selected cryptocurrency networks including USDT TRC20, BTC, ETH, and BNB.

Deposits:

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. General minimums: MYR 30(e-wallet), MYR 50 (bank transfer), MYR 30 equivalent (cryptocurrency).
• 95asia reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the Account holder's own funds.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used to make deposits on the Account, subject to KYC clearance.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50 unless otherwise specified on the withdrawal page.
• Withdrawal processing times are indicative only: e-walets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) typically under 5 minutes; DuitNow/FPX 5–15 minutes; bank wire 15–60 minutes. Processing times may vary during peak periods or public holidays.
• Any outstanding Bonus Funds wagering requirements must be satisfied before Real Money Funds can be withdrawn.
• 95asia does not charge withdrawal fees on standard payment methods. Network fees for cryptocurrency withdrawals are borne by the Player.

95asia offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out below. In the event of conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Rules:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover), which must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., X10, X15, X20) is stated on each promotion page. For example, a MYR 100 bonus with a X15 wagering requirement requires MYR 1,500 in total qualifying bets before withdrawal.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, the maximum permitted stake per individual wager is MYR 250–500, as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit while Bonus Funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live dealer and table games typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Specific contribution rates are listed in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses must be used and their wagering requirements completed within the time window specified on the promotion page (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from claim date). Expired bonuses and any derived winnings are automatically forfeited.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain bonuses impose a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings. Where applicable, this limit is stated on the promotion page.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, Players may hold only one active bonus at a time. Claiming second bonus before completing requirements on the first may result in forfeiture of the first bonus.
• Bonus Abuse: 95asia reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close Accounts, where evidence of coordinated bonus abuse, arbitrage, or exploitation of promotional mechanics is identified.

All sports betting and casino gaming activities on the 95asia Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product, market, and game type. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing wagers.

• Sports Betting: All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. 95asia reserves the right to void bets placed in error or due to technical malfunction, including obvious pricing errors. Markets and odds are subject to change without notice prior to bet acceptance.
• Live In-Play Betting: Live betting markets are subject to suspension at any time due to match events, data feed interruptions, or other circumstances. 95asia will not be liable for bets that cannot be placed during suspension periods.
• Casino Games: All casino games on the Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fair outcomes. RNG certification details are available on request. Progressive jackpot games pool contributions from multiple players; jackpot values are indicative and may differ from the amount displayed at the moment of winning due to timing.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a software or technical malfunction affecting the outcome of a game or bet, 95asia reserves the right to void the affected wagers and return stakes to Players. No compensation will be payable for gaming opportunities missed due to technical issues.
• Disputed Results: In the event of a dispute regarding a game or bet outcome, 95asia's records shall be the primary reference. Players may raise disputes within 30 days of the event in question by contacting customer support.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 95asia Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances.

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform, whether under your own name or using false information.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with casino games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical malfunctions for financial gain. Any winings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in coordinated bonus abuse, including chip dumping, match betting between controlled accounts, or other arbitrage strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or fraud.
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your Account, including by sharing login credentials.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players on any casino game, poker table, or sports betting market.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other technical mechanism to disguise your geographic location or circumvent Platform access restrictions.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or offensive toward95asia staff or other Players via any communication channel.

95asia reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy published on the Platform.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.
• Chargebacks initiated by the Account holder against95asia via their payment provider.
• Player request — voluntary Account closure may be requested at any time by contacting customer support.

Upon Account closure for breach of Terms, 95asia may withold and/or forfeit any Account balance, including Real Money Funds, where permitted by applicable law and where the balance is directly connected to the breaching conduct. Where Account closure is initiated by 95asia for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any verifiable Real Money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following satisfactory KYC clearance.

95asia is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or automated extraction tools on the Platform.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use the95asia brand name, logo, or trademarks without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content or intellectual property will result in immediate Account closure and may give rise to civil or criminal legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 95asia shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winings.
• Loss arising from technical malfunctions, server downtime, data loss, or interruptions to the Platform.
• Loss arising from reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional terms.
• Loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Loss arising from delays in payment processing by third-party payment providers, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, or any other payment network.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. In all other cases, 95asia's total aggregate liability to you arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

95asia reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where amendments are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active Players via the email address registered to their Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure through our customer support team.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which95asia operates.

In the event of a dispute between you and 95asia that cannot be resolved through our standard customer support process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings. Any formal dispute resolution proceedings shall be conducted in the language of the Platform (English).

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
